How to Get Your Affiliate Link

Your tracking link is the key to making money. If it’s not set up correctly, you won’t get credit for your referrals. So let’s make sure you do it right.

1. Go to “Campaigns” then “Marketing Sources.”
2. Create a new campaign (name it something simple like “SEO traffic” or “Facebook ads”).
3. Save it, and Vave will generate your unique tracking link.

Grabbing the Right Marketing Materials

Good promo materials mean better conversions. Vave gives you banners, logos, and promo tools, but not all of them work the same for every audience.

Here’s how to get them:

1. Go to “Media Gallery” on your dashboard.
2. Clear all filters (click “X”) and search for what you need.
3. Download and test which creatives perform best for your traffic.

Pro tip: If you’re running paid ads, test different banners before scaling. A high-converting ad makes way more than a random one.

Direct Linking: Skipping the Extra Steps

Sometimes, you don’t want users to land on the homepage — you want them straight into a promo page or sportsbook. That’s where direct linking comes in.

• Pick a campaign, then choose a landing page.
• Copy your direct tracking link.
• Paste it into your ads, website, or social media.

We always preview landing pages first because it’s annoying when you send traffic to a page that doesn’t match what you promised.

Tracking Your Earnings

Vave’s real-time tracking means you always know how your traffic is performing, and there are no guessing games.

• Reports: Check your daily and monthly stats in one place.
• Customer Reports: See who signed up, who deposited, and who disappeared.
• Advanced Filters: Sort by country, deposit amount, and other key data.

Not seeing deposits despite high signups? Might be time to tweak your messaging or test a different landing page.

Finding Players Who Signed Up But Didn’t Deposit

Got traffic, but no deposits? Happens all the time. Here’s how you can track and retarget them:

• Go to Reports, then remove all filters.
• Click Advanced (“+”). Select the “Signup Dates” filter.
• Sort by Deposits. Non-depositors will be at the top of the list.

Once you find them, you can adjust your follow-up strategy; maybe they need a better bonus offer or a reminder email.
